Critical mood %26 insomnia
5-HTP is an essential part of my sleep cocktail. It's also an important adjunct to my antidepressants. I take just shy of 1/8 tsp; anything less, and I'm sad and weepy. I've been using BulkSupplements products for at least 10 yrs. The quality and service is exceptional. I've noticed that people don't like the bags. Just put them inside freezer bags for extra protection. It's not rocket science.

High Quality 5-htp!!!
The 5-htp from Bulk Supplements is of very high quality. I've tried other brands of 5-htp in the past that was worthless and gave no effect. Once I've discovered this brand, I've been using it every since 2019.

a small pinch of this added to my evening routine adds to my sleep quality. Not every night fo me. it is noticeable for sure when I do

Great value for the money,the only downside is the zip up pouch wears out and it will not stay nice and tight by the middle of your usage,but it's so much cheaper than capsules.
