Used in my fruit and veggie smoothies and my healthy breakfast juices. Has helped balance my vitals overall very quickly and substantially. My cholesterol and my blood pressure are within normal ranges and so are my potassium and sodium levels. There's no taste and it's not chalky. Mixes well. Only half a teaspoon is needed. Highly recommended!

Used for weight loss
I am looking to lose weight and I read adding African Mango Extract to my diet will help. I tried it and I had no adverse affect from using it. I will continue to use it in beverages and see how it affects my weight loss.
