Great Antioxidant!
Aronia Extract Powder (Aronia melanocarpa), derived from the Black Chokeberry, is considered one of the most powerful superfood supplements. Its main benefit is its extraordinary antioxidant density, which greatly exceeds that of blueberries, elderberries, and goji berries. I take 1 g (½ tsp) at breakfast Monday to Friday. 🥰

It has made me feel much better
It works like it says. My blood pressure is lower and I have more energy. I/3 teaspoons per day. I'm amazed. I will buy the larger size next time

Aronia (Chokeberry) extract powder
I wasn't sure what to expect from this. It is hard to dissolve in liquid so I use a shaker and put it in with a protein supplement. Works great in a shaker. Tastes okay. Again, I was not sure what to expect but will buy again.
