Good source of silica for the money! Doesn't taste bad, but the flavor is very strong, so you could use gel caps or blate papes if you have a sensitive palate.

Amazing powder. The packaging is bad. The seal of the ziplock is low quality. The powder gets trapped in the grooves of the ziplock and causes it to not be able to be sealed. It makes a complete mess. You have to store is in a separate container. I use glass one.
