Bulk supplies does their testing. Maybe placebo but this with electrolytes and creatine and I'm ready to go. I actually put this in a tub because it's an ultra fine powder and goes everywhere if you try to scoop it out. Will buy again.

another great product from a great company. if you are tied of over paying for watered down supplements then this isn't for you. If you are looking for bang for your buck this is the way to go. 1 bag will last me almost a year.

Basically, it works. Using it as directed prior to my weightlifting workouts, and after. I have increased the weight I lift and reps I perform on sets. No miracles. You still have to put in the effort. However, pretty much as I have read it helps you to increase strength and build more muscle mass, faster. It does not taste good. Mix it with a flavored electrolyte.

I like this and will continue to use this one.

Overall it's works but the taste is not pleasant when add in water alone. I prefer to had it with my pre workout mix it's taste a lot better.
