Vitamin B7 is another of the essential B vitamins that you will find in any decent supplement. It is especially good for your hair and skin. Use it in Henna for hair.
I bought this in bulk to add it to my Henna for hair. I do not know if it does anything for my hair but the shipment is fast.

If i had read more on this supplement, i would have realized I had to measure and drink this gritty powder with a straw,which isn't convenient. You do get 250 servings, which is a great buy. So if you can get past the grit of it it worth the money.
