Great overall product
price seems a little high

I'm still not sure what it does but I have been taking this for insulin resistance. It's a very small package of a very refined, tangy power with a very discreet taste. The only downside is that the recommended serving size is very small - 1/8 of a teaspoon - but the product doesn't come with a measuring scoop. Go figure that amount out on your own with your spare medicine cups. Not ideal, but I'm still giving the power a chance.
