Good product Good value!
I use this to help my herniated disc. I started w 10 mg for 3 mo this and then went to 3-5 for mntc. Along w exercises it is soooo much better. It's a mineral that is low for most.

Walmart %26 FedEx not in sync w Deliveries: BEWARE
Never Received FedEx Drive gave to wrong address; Then FEDEX Calls said have on Truck they apologized because delivery receipt says it was signed for they said error —> they will redeliver this weekend. I still have not received. There was 3 — Bulk Supplements. All Missing.
