Great product. I mix it with my coffee and it is tasteless, just as it should be. This is a very fine powder with no clumps. I purchased 2lbs so this will last me forever.

Calcium Ascorbate - Vitamin C with enough buffering to soothe the acidity. I found the packaging and size to be economical. I compared the crystalline form to my sodium ascorbate and found this very soluble and similar in consistency. The brand may seem generic but it is of good quality.
