smoothest protein powder I've tried. I use it with almond milk, Cacao Powder, and Monkfruit sweetener. Mix the cacao and monkfruit with the almond milk first with a milk frother to get it really smooth, then add the casein powder, and keep mixing, add more almond milk to top it off. it was as smooth as a ready to drink shake, but without the slimy texture. low carb and sodium, with no added caffeine, is a win in my book!
I've been using BulkSupplements Casein Protein Powder for a few weeks now, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. The quality is top-notch—it mixes easily, even without a blender, and has a smooth consistency. I appreciate the unflavored option as it allows me to customize it with fruits or other ingredients. I use it as part of my nightly routine, and it keeps me feeling full and fueled until morning. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to add a slow-digesting protein to their fitness or nutritional regimen!
I've reordered at least two times as the slower metabolizing/digestion of casein protein as compared to whey protein has really worked well for me. I can put 25-30 grams in coffee shake and I'm good for just about all day. Coupled with high protein evening meal I've been able to shed pounds slow but steady. If I was more physically active the weight loss would be greater. Also like the bulk packaging %26 quality of product. Only negative is it doesn't dissolve well in a shaker bottle but few seconds in a blender solves that issue.
mixes Easley and doesn't taste bad.
it's worth it
The texture and taste are subpar.
I tried casein protein powder to see if it actually did process slower than other powders. I was previously using a basic Whey protein powder. Casein does seem to absorb slower for me. Twenty-five grams in a late a.m. to mid-day smoothie and I'm good until dinner time with maybe a very small snack in between. I wanted that slower absorption instead of a protein "punch". The basic bag packaging is cost saving but the zip lock has not securely closed on either of the two bags received and they really need to fix that. If not for that problem my rating would would be 5 stars.
I did actually like this protein however on my second time using it I found a brown object in it :/ did reach out to customer service I am sure they will assist.
Impossible to mix. Incorporates so much air, it's instant foam, even with *gentle* mixing.
Ordered almond protein not casein protein
