I tried it for the first time, chat gpt told me it is a probiotic food and recommended me to take it so I bought it. It looks good quality, it tastes very good, sprinkle it on yogurt or eat it alone, I like it very much.

Great fiber supplement. Keeps gut healthy and doesn't have much taste. Enjoy it in smoothies.

It is in powder form. I thought it would be better this way to feed my dogs but they do not like the powder form
