I've taken capsules in the past, but thought I'd try this powder. I'll continue to buy because I can add it to hot or cold drinks, it's tasteless and blends well. Good product.

i like how easy to use it when you can find the measuring spoon. its difficult to find a white spoon in white powder. other than that I think its wonderful.
