Its not a jolt of energy,but a steady flow. i was able to keep going all day,most days. it will clean you out like a laxative, it gives you no choice. taste great in coffee,mostly no taste. just remember, this was my experience yours could be completely different.

Absolutely love this company. I buy all my supplements from them and all my mushroom powders from them I have been doing this for about four or five years. I believe .. you can get powdered form or you can get premade supplements. I prefer the powdered because I like to make my own capsules and I also put my mushroom powders I mix them and I put them in my coffee or my food absolutely wonderful and if you need to ask the company question, there's always someone there. I've had great communication with them.

I love adding cordyceps to my coffee along with other functional mushrooms and cacao! I can tell a difference in my brain functioning, and it has such a positive effect on my day.

Cordyceps extract powder ~i taking this for energy (chronic fatigue) ....I feel it's working because at the end of the day i still have much more energy,and i can accomplish more!

It's a good amount for the price. I have noticed a difference since using 1 tsp a day in my coffee but not like other reviews. Not so much energy but I have been more aroused since using it plus slightly anxious after first taking it but it calms down in less than an hour.

Always liked mushrooms but now I appreciate them more
