The bulk supplement that builds
It was ez to take. mixed with my walmart sport drink powder in a walmart 20 oz water bottle was ez to swallow and could hardly taste it in the mixture. It has ginen me more power and energy. and i last longer at work. YES i will buy more and tell others. Thank you D. KYLE

Worked a little for muscle growth.
The taste is bitter, like biting into an aspirin. I was taking this for a testosterone boost but didn't really feel it. I did notice a little bit of muscle growth while on it. I mixed it with a little water and just downed it. I recommend it for muscle growth.

This is a very necessary supplement that increases energy and concentration. I recommend taking this immediately after a workout.

I got the biggest bang for my buck by buying this size. I take 1 serving a day for test support. Would recommend this product!
