Great value for the amount. Only been on it for a few days now but DIM is know for being an effective estrogen modulator.

this is a great value for the quantity. it tastes and smells strong so best to mix with a meal (preferably fat-soluble) to help you digest. It recommends you use a scale to measure your dosage since it's easy to miscslculate. i like that the powder has second sealed bag inside the package.

The price is better than buying capsules but it needs to come with a .1 tsp to measure.
