I mix 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp ginsing and dab of vinegar in a 10 0z bottle of o j. Keep it in the fridge and drink a little every day.

Very pure, soothing, and yet energizing - I'll definitely be using ginseng as a staple of my health care for life and bulk supplements as well.

In my opinion, this item had a very bitter taste. It was purchased for memory stimulation, but I returned it before I could determine the effectiveness of this product. I cannot say there was something wrong with it, but personally I was unable to get past the flavor.
