This has become a staple for my workouts now. I was disappointed in the overall amount that you get upon arrival. I opened the box and looked at the baby bag and was just in awe at the envelope sized packet, haha. It goes a long way though if you follow the measurements. For people that find that difficult just ask Alexa.

It does noticeably help with pumps. It doesn't mix the best but can be put into veggie capsules and then taken with pre-workout or coffee before training.

Great mix-in supplement for drinks. No flavor and mixes in nice. Good price when compared to other sources, too.

Value is great. Always happy with BulkSupplements' products. Make sure to drink with plenty of water and this stuff really helps your pump

Great product doesn't taste bad and mixes very well

Good supplement - it makes my skin look and feel softer. It is for muscle building but as a senior I use this to help retain moisture in my body. Be careful if you are older as I have developed some minor side effects. I would still recommend this.

it was as expected based on previous products from this brand. the small flaky powder is free form and not lumpy. sold as a muscle enhancer taken 30 minutes prior to exercise. it mixes well and has a little sweetish taste similar to the taste of Glycine powder. the package [ 9"w x 11"h] it comes in is self sealing and has a wide ribbed base to stand upright for easier access. however, it does NOT include a scoop.

Seems to work as intended, however it does not mix up at all. You basically have to stir up your drink and try to drink it right away. Decent amount stays inside the glass, but it has no taste so you can simply add some more water.

I ordered the wrong product and got this. Why would you want to consume this? what evidence is there that it works?

DOES NOT DISSOLVE IN WATER. Sits in the back of your throat and makes you cough.
