I have only been on it for one week. Also, in my research I have found that this supplement is something that provides multiple benefits, particularly to inflammation. I bought this primarily for pet use but may use it myself soon. It has already helped reduce my dogs lipomas so I am very happy with the quality of this item. Will be purchasing again.

Mixed well. When mixed into juice or something other flavored it doesn't over power that taste.

It helps with my heart failure

The first batch I got of the LC, i could put it in my coffee, drinks, etc and not taste anything. I got a 2nd batch and it was SO bitter and had a much denser odor of fish than the first batch. It also made my lady area smell like fish, which my husband didn't care but I did so I only take it here and there now because of how strong the fish odor becomes if I take it every day. Bummer too cause I was really hopeful about it helping me exercise and lose weight. But yes, I would recommend it. Just be cautious that you might get an older batch the smells really fishy and if you're a girl keep in mind of what I said..
