Excellent for recovery after being bedridden.
Works as intended. I'm 40 years old, I was bedridden for 18 months, my muscles had wasted away, and my body was not functioning well or producing this stuff in sufficient quantities on its own. Started supplementing it, along with a few other supplements, and I've regained muscle mass pretty quickly. Went from only being able to lift 15 lbs. to being able to lift 60 lbs. in about 3 months time. I've still got a long way to go to get back to what I was at before the illness, but it's helping a lot. May also have helped with fatty liver, insulin resistance, and a couple of other things, but it could just be that those are clearing up from my muscle mass returning. Either way, I'll keep taking it until I'm back to normal strength again and my body can produce enough of it on its own.
