Thank you for making tryptophan in bulk. I add it to my collagen peptide smoothies to make the collagen a complete protein. I do need to stir it with a frother to make sure it dissolves or put it in the blender, but it completely dissolves and has no taste so it is a good addition for a healthier protein drink. It is a good value for the money and I appreciate having it available.

doesn't taste the best but it really relaxes me when feeling stressed. I double the dose from 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon if I feel I need it. it's good for afternoon and before bedtime.

I bought this for my cats, who are not getting along and high in anxiety. So I used a 1/64th of a teaspoon per kitty at night. It's tough to see any difference yet, but I am still working on the correct dose and started very low.

Using to fall asleep faster. Only been using for 1 week but it does seem to provide benefits. REM and deep sleep have improved. Sleep latency and overall sleep patterns have improved. Will continue using nightly 1 hour before bed.
