Just magnesium, nothing added
Easy to swallow and no aftertaste. I researched different types of magnesium and this was the best type for my needs. It also did not have unnecessary filler products added to it.

I changed to this type of magnesium because I read it was the best type for heart and blood pressure. It really works! The swelling in my legs has all but disappeared since I started taking these magnesium capsules! And I've stopped taking my "water pills"! My blood pressure has gone down too. I'm going to keep taking these, they have really made the difference for me.

Good results
The Capsules are easy to swallow. Using for BP and over the weeks it has slowly dropped it. I tried brand because it was at a great price.

Good combination of the vitamins and minerals that was looking for in a large bottle. should last about 6 months The only thing I wasn't happy about is they are so large and I have trouble swallowing them, dry texture
