Rare to find 100% monk fruit with nothing else added (like erythritol). Good price for pure product.
a little pricey but cheapest source for pure monk fruit extract I've found so far.
Getting away from sugar and this is the answer!
Great product! way over priced.
only used in coffee with creamer, but there was that fake bitter aftertaste. Haven't tried in baking yet. The liquid seems to dissolve better, as powder gets gelatinous.
not as sweet as other brands
Didn't care for the taste. Very musty fruit tasting and not very sweet.
This product is typically purchased as an alternative to sugar for sweetening foods and drinks. It is a brownish powder that should produce sweetness using very little. I was a novice with regard to shopping for this product. I have since learned that when looking for monkfruit extract to use for sweetening, the level of sweetness is gauged in mogrosides. A product should have 25% or more to have any effect as a sweetener. I have no idea what percentage this product has but it is likely very low. The product does not add any sweetness to my coffee or anything else. It was a mistake to purchase this, but monkfruit not mixed with erythritol is hard to find. The company is a good one, but it really goofed up on this product. If you are looking for a sweetener, this product is not it.
This product is terrible. Ive used other products offered by Purisure, Durelife and Smart Monk and Bulk Supplements isn't close to those products. Perhaps its an overload of Maltodextrin? I don't know but I can share that I've used 3x to 4x of this product and still no where near the sweetness and flavor of the other brands. I attempted to save money by offering Bulk Supplements a shot, and it unfortunately was not a savings at all. I am returning the product.
The products does in fact has other ingredients: Maltodextrin.
