Great sweetener for those on keto or low carb. This we all know but it is also used in TCM for internal heat in the lungs, making it great for sore throats, colds, flus etc.

Mogroside %??
wish i knew what the Mogroside % was in this 7,10 25,30etc. its not as sweet as my normal stuff but price is good thank you,will purchase again

This monk fruit powder is NOT a good sugar substitute. While the flavor is sweet it's also over- poweringly nutty/fruity. One tsp completely ruined the taste of my favorite tea and i still had to add sugar. The texture in liquids is very powdery. It does not dissolve well.
