Good source for energy
I like it give you energy but most of all it has probiotic not problem in the restroom n has fiber which I need 👌 will buy more

Great, will buy again. Came early than expected.
I got the smaller bag because I wanted to try it out before I committed to a bigger one. I love it. It reminds me of matcha green tea in a way. You only need to use a 1 tsp and 1/4 tsp twice a day so the little bag can actually last for a bit. I usually have it with my coffee in the morning and I have also tried it on it's on with some creamer. I haven't had it just plain though. It does need to be mixed frequently in liquid form because it settles to the bottom of your cup/mug. When and if you do drink it like that it can feel a little difficult or weird to swallow.
