I just love blueberrys but seeingimg it in a powder was is golden fire seriously I didn't know that was a thing. Makes my water juices etc even better seriously you just take a little bit and put it in anything you want without having to worry of it not being used before it goes bad because it won't as long as you keep it sealed up it's good to use for countless things.

It ups the nutrition of my smoothies. With powder you can use less and get more, since the powder takes up less space than a handful of blueberries. I also stir it into my yogurt, pancakes and oatmeal, and sprinkle it on ice cream. I haven't tried it yet in muffins or cakes, but I am sure it will work just as good to boost the flavor without the mess and dilution of wet blueberries.

I add this to pancake batter. Gives them a nice blue color. Mixes well with plain yogurt, too.

Was looking for a substitute for actual blueberries for baking, etc. It has only a faint taste of blueberry and did little to enhance flavor of pancakes, etc. Real blueberries are still the best.

It has maltodextrin. Don't buy it if you don't want sugar. I'm taking mine back.
