BulkSupplements ~ my go-to brand for supplements
BulkSupplements has become my go-to brand for supplements ~ I use several in my healthy shake every morning ~ quality is consistent ~ price is reasonable. I make a super healthy shake every morning and using bulk powders for my ingredients is the easiest and most economical way to do that ~ beats opening up capsules!! Organic Fenugreek Extract Powder is one of my daily supplements ~ great quality and price!

Worth Giving It One Try
So, I've been experimenting with some of these kinds of supplements instead of hrt (I have concerns) and they do seem to be working along with losing fat (20lbs more to go). I'm very happy with fenugreek. It could be placebo effect but I don't think so. Anyway, it is a decent boost for very little money using the recommended dosage. I believe it is worth a try that you can evaluate on your own if you're older. Younger guys (20s), these kinds of supplements probably aren't worth the money so just go to the gym and eat more real food protein.
