Bad For Carnivore Electrolyte drinks.
Not what I expected. I thought it was lemon juice crystals. Didn't dissolve well into cold water. If you were to use it for baking or cooking like lemon meringue pie, use warm water, but if you're going to make some sort of room temperature shake or attempt to create your own tangy flavored electrolyte drink when you're eating a carnivore diet, it's not worth it, very clumpy and little to no tang. You're better off zesting your own fresh lemons or squeezing lemon juice.

lying its not organic at all
Its not organic I confronted them about it and they went silent after telling me all I could do box it up and send it back to them for a refund after they get it. No its not on me to go to all that trouble for you false advertizing. Lemons that are not organic have one of the highest ratings for gliphosate thats why I pay extra to not have it. So lying about that is a big deal its poisoning people that were purposefully seeking not to be poisoned.

nope. water resistant!
Does not dissolve in water! I will use for baking but was bought to add to drinks. Used a spoon, frother, and handheld mixer and it stayed in little balls.

It would take 2 tablespoons in a glass of water to even taste. Definitely not something I will ever buy again.
