This is a very Great product that is also a great value! Walmart has so many Great products, with prices that are very affordable. Too soon to tell
I have only been using it for a week, so I don't expect to see much change yet. I started using this after reading Next Level by Dr. Stacy Sims. Some people use it in coffee, but for me, it affects the taste too much. The flavor is pretty complex. For me, it tastes a lot like ginger. I prefer using it in my overnight oats.

I can't tell that there's a difference with me using this product. I guess it's about to be pretty good, but I cannot tell if it's going to work! M my blood pressure has been doing well and I haven't caught any thing like a cold or the flu
