Large quantity, decent price. Very finely ground. You will likely want to get a specific scoop/spoon to keep in the bag or with it. I found stinging nettle long ago, it has cleared up a lot of sinus infections for me and is apparently also quite high in iron. (A weed that's a natural antihistamine-funny.) It's also good for urinary tract issues which I don't get, at least not yet... Just put 2 half teaspoons in any liquid and drink it once or twice per day. It will take a minute to dissolve completely in water (just shake it a little), Tasteless and easy to swallow. I prefer to buy herbs this way because the pills and capsules always seem to have some additional additives. This is just pure product and comes in a nice heavy ziplock bag (you may need to run your fingernail along the ziplock inside before it works, mine got loaded with powder and refused to close but I fixed it).
