A must have for good stamina and recovery
It tastes good when mixed with a berry or red juice powder or KAGED preworkout with creatine monohydrate. I notice a difference in my stamina when jogging and walking at the track, and overall health by adding this to my preworkout drink with some fresh lemon or lime juice and aloe vera. Sometimes I also add chia seeds to the mix (runners food). I've been out of this for a while and I noticed a huge difference from when I had this product in my preworkout regularly every other day vs. when I ran out of the wheat grass for several months. I feel so much better with the wheat grass. It makes a huge difference, imo, and shouldn't be skipped. Your body will thank you!
