Oysters are loaded with nutrition like nothing else. I sprinkle this on grated cheese, etc. Unfortunately for me, the taste is terrible, so I must cover it up with something strong like ground oregano, nutritional yeast, etc. it does work pretty well with canned cod liver, too. If I could ever find canned smoked oysters in a healthy oil such as olive oil, I'd switch to that in a minute. That just doesn't exist, so, for me now, oyster extract gives me exactly the nutrition that I need
