Ineffective for sleep; maltodextrin filler
There is some calming effect at high doses but not sufficient to induce or maintain sleep, let alone to replace a sleep medication. On top of that it contains Maltodextrin filler, to which I react with muscle aches. There is no need of filler in a bulk powder.
