Plant Sterols
Very effective for general health and wellness. I take it to help with my cholesterol. I ran out and the difference was evident. I'm taking it again! Easy to take, no flavor, good price point and LOTS of capsules.

Amazing Value and Excellent Results
I love phytosterols and Beta-Sitosterol supplements and have been taking them for awhile now. They've helped me dramatically lower my cholesterol numbers without the use of statins. My cardiologist complimented me on my recent 40 point reduction. These capsules are easy to swallow and are a great value for the price and amount contained in each capsule.
