One of the most nutritious herbs.
Purslane is very nutritious and it's crazy that it's classified as a weed. Everybody needs this stuff it's good for your heart and good for your lungs. This nutritious plant is what carried mankind throughout the darkest times in history and it tastes pretty good too.

This is nutrient rich and great for your heart
This is one of the most nutritious herbs that everyone should have in their diet. Do a google search for Purslane. This is the true part of the Mediterranean Diet that is great for the heart. It's full of Omega 3's and many other nutrients. They eat purslane everyday in the Mediterranean here in the US we declared Purslane a weed and tried to exterminate it. It's loaded with Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Iron, Calcium It also contains small amounts of vitamins B1, B2, B3, folate, copper and phosphorus.

The Plant-based Fish Oil!
Purslane (Portulaca oleracea) is hard to find fresh, so the extract powder is best to use year round. I take 500 mg (1/4 teaspoon) at breakfast Monday to Friday. This Bulk Supplement product has dextrin but in such a small amount that it's safe to take. Purslane is called the plant-based fish oil for a reason—it has five to seven times more Omega-3s than spinach.
