I have had a total gastric bypass and so I have to be very selective on the supplements that I take my lab results. Keep saying I was low on potassium and the liquid and the chewables were not working this however did the trick within a week. I feel so much better in my lab work came back great

Great as a leavening agent for baking.
I don't use this as a supplement but in cooking. I find that if I use this with baking soda I get a higher rise on things like pancakes and waffles then with baking powder. A little goes a long way.

For gardening
I'm using this to Mix 1 T. with a gallon of water and a tsp of dish soap to spray on my roses for powdery mildew. Hope it works!!!!

BulkSupplements is a brand I have used before. Seems like a reliable source for supplements. Taste is rarely good, but that is just how it is. Figure a way to mix in with something you like.
