Easy supplementation of potassium
This powder makes it easy to get the adequate intake of potassium recommended by the National Academy of Medicine. Almost tasteless, great addition to home made sports drinks for rehydration and keto 'flu'. As always, do your research and know how to use supplements safely and effectively.

It dissolves instantly in water
It doesn't include a measuring scoop but I have a set of measuring scoops for exact dosing. I aim to get 3 grams daily. I notice that taking potassium citrate helps me stay regular and I also use it to keep my electrolytes balanced. The powder dissolves instantly in water and I mix it together with vitamin c powder so it gives me a better flavor.

This is my potassium supplement
This is the potassium supplement I buy. If I buy potassium in pill form, I get other things that don't seem to sit with me as well.

Came as described. Nothing crazy to see here. It is super convenient I make my own electrolyte drink and this just makes it super easy.

Where is the scoop? Bulk Supplements always has a scoop. Serving size says 300 mgs. How do I tell what 300mg is?
