Great value from Bulk Supplements. Much more cost effective than buying pill form. I add it to my morning protein shake. Absorption is great and fluid. Blends in and doesn't overpower my intake.

I am happy they sell the active R form that is effective helping nerve pain better than Rx garbage, Been a pharmacist 35 years so I know the difference and this has no side effects. If it is not the R form it is not effective.

I bought this because it is the active form R-alpha Lipoic acid and not the cheaper less active version. I use my own empty gel caps to take twice a day. Supposed to be very helpful for nerve damage caused by carbs and sugar that I try to avoid. seems to help numbness in feet. Walmart is the best. Not a DEI company which I appreciate.

Its not synthetic it will help balance my sugar

This product is pure and helpful. The taste is pretty spicy, I have to figure out to mix it with to take it everyday.

This product seemed to be a good price and value for the amount it cost. I have mixed into all sorts of beverages, flavored or not, and it seems to burn the back of my throat as soon as I swallow it. I am using R-Alpha Lipoic Acid for neuropathy in legs.

DO NOT ORDER from this seller. Three days after I received this item which was delivered a week late, there was a fraudulent charge for over $200 on the card In used to order this product. This is the SECOND TIME I ordered online from a third party vendor on Walmart wesite that this happened. Walmart wants to remain IGNORANT about their sellers perpetrating FRAUD on their customers. I called Walmart about this %26 all they said was talk to mt credit card bank about fraudulent changes. I will NEVER order online from Walmart again because they do not care if their customers get defrauded on their site.

Never used it because I thought it was pills. It is just loose in a pouch. Not sure how much to take????
