Great use for Keto Diet
Great product for all types of fasting. I take in the morning w water and electrolytes then get to my workout and cardio. 500 servings. You can't beat that!

Raspberry ketones i use on empty stomach in the morningfor loosing weight....i take 1/2 of teaspoon directly into the mouth....i feel great effect...i see my legs starting to lose swelling...i love this product!!!

What a surprise!
I eat very low carb. My legs were getting kinda sore; and by chance I was told about these. They were actually a lot cheaper on Walmarts site than bulk supplements site. Anyway in a couple hours I felt better all over; not just my legs. Also they help you not be as hungry and drink more water.

Hopefully great results
Got this product I've only used it twice. It does have a little bit of a bitter aftertaste so suggest maybe mixing it with flavored water to help get rid of that bitterness. But definitely a great price if it works.
