I take 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) in water with every meal, to prevent debilitating headaches post meal. I've had this debilitating GI condition for years but it remains unexplained by doctors, so I had to find something to at least suppress it. I've read Rosemary has been used for thousands of years as a digestive anti-inflammatory and it really works in my case. No post meal headaches when I take it with meals. It doesn't resolve the problem but at lease suppresses the symptoms so I can eat.

I take 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoons (1/4 teaspoon = 1 gram) with water with every meal. It is intestinal anti-inflammatory and suppresses completely the headaches that I used to get 2 hours after meals.

I take 2 grams in a cup of water with a meal to prevent headaches after meal. This 100 grams extract does not give me muscle aches like the 500 grams bag from the same company (-2 points). I don't know what "extra" was in the 500 grams bag that was giving me muscle aches, but the extract quality and ingredients should not vary between different bags.
