Royal Jelly powder mixes well with applesauce.
I like that it's a powder because I don't like to swallow pills. However, the powder doesn't dissolve in water either hot or cold. I mix it with unsweetened applesauce and that works really well. I don't mind the taste of it with applesauce, but I've tried mixing it with yogurt and then I can't handle the taste. Royal Jelly helps give me energy and feel better everyday.

Royal jelly powder
I feel this is the best way to get my B vitamins without struggling to swallow tablets it dissolves easily if they're really is any taste. It appears I am just drinking a glass of water. No unpleasant taste. stays fresh due to the double packaging. I would order again.

It gives me extra energy and is better than pills.
It helps give me extra energy. I like it because I don't take pills well. I add it to applesauce so that hides the taste of it. I'm not the biggest fan of the taste otherwise.
