I have been using this product for the immune system boost and to increase iron absorption from iron pills. My hemoglobin levels have increased substantially in a short amount of time. This powder has to be mixed well so that it won't stick together at the bottom of the cup if you're adding it to something like orange juice. Taking it with just water can cause nausea for those with a sensitive stomach. I did throw up one time after taking it on an empty stomach after taking iron pills. The taste by itself is gross but the powder works.
