Great for a smoothie!
This product makes a good smoothie base when you can't tolerate whey isolate protein. It's lactose free and contains essential amino acids. Will buy again!

I got it under 18 bucks, but price went up before i could reorder. Good for mixing. Because it's soy, it might help to mix it with some pea or rice protein. Easy way to supplement.

Great Protein Supplement
I would recommend! No taste really so it's a great addition to protein recipes. I add it to oatmeal along with flavored whey.

Simple and Effective
I love that this has 1 ingredient: Soy Protein Isolate and avoids any other ingredients that you find in other protein supplements. Taste is very neutral so you may want to mix with somethinf.
