This is a pure sucralose powder without any fillers such as dextrose or other unnecessary sweeteners added. Sucralose is extremely temp sensitive. If stored improperly, powder will go bad (darker and sour). Previously ordered and product arrives brown, crusty and spoiled. This time, opened product to check and it was fine. I keep stored tightly sealed in fridge. Lasts a very long time. A little goes a long way. So much better than the liquid concentrate d/t price and value. Love this stuff.

The tiniest amount of this sweetener makes the my 16 oz mug cup coffee so good. It is very strong and I noticed some said it was hard to use. I put the tip of a sharp knife in water and barely get any sweetener on it. It is amazing. This one little bag will last me forever. I'm so glad I gave it a try.

I love this! Sucralose is one of the healthiest of the alternative sweeteners available, and this product has no additives whatsoever! It dissolves quickly and easily into anything wet, such as tea, hot cereal, pancake batter, or cranberry sauce. I've discovered that the secret to making things taste good with alternate sweeteners is to make sure you don't use too much- that's when you get a bitter aftertaste. It's hard to control how much to use with a super concentrated sweetener sold in a big pouch. So I bought a new salt shaker and put the pure sucralose powder into it- perfect! Now I can shake a little into my food or beverage, and sprinkle in a little more if needed, and not over-sweeten my food OR waste any of the sucralose! It's well priced for the sweetening power, but not if it gets wasted because it's too hard to control the output.

Very very sweet so only need a tiny amount. I was afraid of it arriving brown and sour d/t poor storage like it did previously but was pleasantly surprised. I store in fridge so it won't go bad. Pure sucralose is temp sensitive.

I use it to replace sugar because I have inflammatory skin reactions to sugar. It takes very little, and if you overdo it, it leads to bitterness, similar to stevia. I like sucralose more than stevia, since it has a larger tolerance until it leads to bitterness. Sucralose is water soluble, so it's the perfect sweetener for drinks, teas, protein shakes, and puddings. It is not oil soluble, so you can't make chocolate with it - it turns out bitter.

This is an extremely concentrated product so it is vey potent! A little goes a long way for sweetness so be prepared to do some math for conversions to sugar or other sweeteners. I appreciate that this sweetener lacks additional bulk fillers like dextrose or lactose. Good value!

I screwed up with this purchase. I should have been more careful but didn't realize that this is EXTREMELY concentrated sucralose. Just a few grains is as sweet as spoonfuls. I generally use sucralose powder to sprinkle on things when I just want a hint of sweetness. With this concentration, that will not be possible. If you use it in drinks or tea, then the concentration may actually be a plus. Just realize that this is a tiny bag with a whole lot of sucralose sweetness in it.

this seller had sent me a mislabeled package i think, as it wasn't sucralose but a slightly off color and different taste. i tried very hard to get a free return pickup but was not allowed one. i have no transport to take it to fedex, but they refused to send me a pickup label for fedex . I got this via mail order. Other times i had no problem with this brand and product.

Instead of white powder, there were dark clumps inside the package. Obviously, storage conditions in the warehouse were violated. Requested a refund. P.S. I should have read the reviews of other buyers more carefully. I didn't do this because I had already purchased other products from this brand. Despite the exact same problem with other buyers, the product continues to be supplied but at a discount. As other buyers have already suggested, the sucralose may have been heated since the bag was sealed. Consuming this is dangerous, since when heated, sucralose can generate potentially toxic chlorinated compounds
