Trehalose is not as sweet as sugar. However, it does take the edge off of coffee and tea making them smooth and easier to drink without the calories of sugar

Repeat buyer. Good price. If you believe the remote studies of this sugar triggering some brain cleaning, is worth a little in your coffee every morning.

Excellent product!
I have found that just 2 level teaspoons per day have stabilized my blood sugar. I have hypoglycemia. My spouse also takes it and is pre-diabetic. My spouse's blood suger has also stabilized. This is purely anecdotal, but I have also noticed a cleansing effect of my liver. Trehalose is not a panacea, but is highly beneficial.
