white bean extract powder
it is a powder so i can use whatever amount i want to and can be added to food or drinks. it can clump a little in drinks but i just keep mixing it but isnt too bothersome for my taste

I think this is what I've been looking for
It doesn't taste really bad, but it doesn't dissolve very well either. If it does the complex carb blocking that everything I've read about says it does, then this is truly a magic pill/substance. I've only been taking it for 5 days so far so I'm not really able to tell how effective it is at blocking carbs, but I feel like it is. I think I'm in ketosis even after having a couple tortillas one day and some bread on other days.
