I bought this because it's supposed to lower my glucose because I'm a prediabetic. Has a slight licorice taste to it, so not so bad. Just rec'd it so I don't know if it really works.

thankfully, it seems to be an extract of the leaves That's the part with the sugar blocking property (it doesn't taste like the berries )..
