I am so happy I found this yam extract. I am on progesterone, but on occasion my body may need a break. This hopefully will continue the progesterone benefits without all the side effects. Plus, last year the progesterone manufacturers were out of progesterone due to contamination. It's a lifesaver realizing I have something in stock just in case I run out!

I bought this for pre-menopause symptoms. I have used it for 3 days now. I have put 1/5 tsp in bottle water with a bit of lemon juice. The flavor isn't bad, but it didn't dissolve very fast. I put it in my coffee the next morning and you can taste the difference,it is like a sweet plastic-y flavor. Today, I put it in my over night oats, and it meshed well. I haven't had any hot flashes, or pain in my gut since using. And I feel more energetic, blood sugar levels seem stable, and I have fewer headaches. I am curious about how this will help PMS when that time comes. Also, I ordered this as a replacement for my progesterone. I was shocked to receive this the very next day! The company must have shipped it overnight. Kudos to the seller - thank you!

I take it straight with a glass of water. It has a natural sweet taste to it! Because it's a concentrated extract.
