I really like this product. Not only does it have a pleasant taste but it really smooth.. I had it to my mushroom coffee.. Will be buying again.

I really enjoy this powder. I blend or stir it into to drinks or food. Coffee, yogurt, cottage cheese and even added it to a homemade Sourdough Sweet Potato bread and English Muffins.

I can DEFINITELY feel the difference in my body and self overall. HIGHLY recommend!

I am not sure about the benefits yet; however, I like the ease of adding this powder to my morning smoothie. This is a cost-effective option. There is no aftertaste, and it blends easily. At this point, the only thing I wish were different is that it came with its own scoop.

It's a very small amount. I wish it were organic but then it would cost more right?!
