Exactly the supplement I was looking for, in the form I was looking for (picolinate) and a healthy dosage. Even 30mg, taken every other day, is too much for me.

we are usually zinc deficient, and this supplement works great. ive tried other products but you'll bever go wrong with BulkSupplement.

This is not too much to take for me even though I only take it three days on three days off so as not to build up too much of it in my body. I like the dosage because if I do end up taking it longer than three days in a row it's not a real problem, so long as I don't continue to do so. I have to tell you when I first started taking it I was fine for a month taking it every day then noticed that I needed to take a break from taking it every day, so I ended up taking it three days on three days off. Your doctor can help you determine what time is right for you to take it. It has helped to feel good and healthy. I would recommend talking to a doctor to see if this would help you. Blood tests to see what your body is missing not just vitamin tests but mineral and micro nutrient tests to see what is missing so that you are at your peak can definitely help in the long run. I am not a doctor nor is any of this medical advice, but I know that Zinc Picolinate has helped me to do better in life and have the nutrients I need to be in better shape.
