Nice addition to a tackle box
Split shots are convenient for many rigs. I have used these without any problem. I use forceps to close these and they're pretty easy to adjust.

Don't waste your money!
Worst split shots ever. I don't usually write reviews on products, but this one deserves special attention. Being retired and living in New Zealand, I fish a LOT. I know how split shots should work. They should open at least half way so that that sinker gets a good grip on the line and stay on for hours. Good split shot, like Gremlin brand, open more than half way and work great. Bullet Weights open about 1/3. They don't stay on the line. Instaed of wasting your money on this lousy product, you may as well just throw your money into the river. After (beyond) poor results with 4 or 5 of these weights, , I just threw the rest away.
